Crepes with Apple and Walnut Filling: A Delicious Delight ✨

🔸 Krep Ingredients:

250g all-purpose flour

30g sugar

4 eggs

500ml milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

🔸 Filling Ingredients:

400g apples, diced

50g butter

40g coarse sugar

50g walnuts (crushed)

🔸 Instructions:

Prepare the Krep Batter:

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Filling:

In a pan, melt the butter and add the diced apples. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the coarse sugar and continue cooking until the apples soften and caramelize slightly.

Add the crushed walnuts and stir to combine. Set the mixture aside to cool.

Cook the Krep:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.

Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan, tilting it to spread evenly.

Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Assemble:

Place a spoonful of the apple and walnut filling on one half of the cooked krep.

Fold the krep into a triangle or roll it up as desired.

Serve:

Serve warm, drizzled with chocolate or your preferred sauce for an extra indulgence!
