Soft and Fluffy Brioche Rolls

Step Three: Let the Dough Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel.

Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Step Four: Shape the Rolls

Divide the dough into 12 equal balls and place them on a lined baking tray.

Cover and let them rise for 30-40 minutes until puffy.

Step Five: Bake to Perfection

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Brush the rolls with egg yolk and milk mixture.

Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
