Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Chia seed pudding is a nutritious and easy-to-make snack or breakfast option. Packed with fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, it’s great for your health. You can prepare it in advance, and it’s customizable with various toppings to suit your taste.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup milk (regular milk, almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

Combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl or jar.

Stir the mixture well to ensure the seeds don’t clump together.

Let it sit for 5–10 minutes and stir again to break up any clumps.

Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Stir before serving. If the pudding is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Optional Toppings:

Fresh fruit (banana, berries, mango)

Nuts or seeds

A sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder

Tips:

If the pudding becomes too thick, just add a little milk to loosen it up.

Start with 1–2 tablespoons a day to allow your body to adjust to the fiber content in chia seeds.
