Made cod in the air fryer tonight and it turned out so tender and flaky it practically melted. I rubbed a cod fillet with a little oil and Old Bay, then air fried it for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway. I love how it turned out w slightly crispy exterior while perfectly tender, flaky inside. Honestly, this has become one of my favorite easy dinners.
