Step 1: Prepare the Cake

 

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and line a rectangular baking pan.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract — mix well.

Gradually fold in dry ingredients until smooth.

Pour into the baking pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let it cool completely.
