Peach Delight Cake

 

Ingredients:

 

1 package of vanilla cake mix (or homemade sponge cake)

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 can peach slices (drained)

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

 

Bake the cake according to the package instructions or make your own sponge cake. Allow it to cool completely.

Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form to make whipped cream.

Assemble the cake in layers: Start with a layer of the cake at the bottom of a dish, followed by a layer of whipped cream.

Add a layer of peach slices and drizzle with a bit of sweetened condensed milk.

Top with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs and more whipped cream.

Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with whipped cream and topping with peach slices.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a touch of freshness.

Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving to allow the layers to set.
