Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Bake

Ingredients:

 

1 can refrigerated biscuits, quartered

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk whole milk or preferred alternative

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Salt and black pepper, to taste

 

Directions:

 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 913-inch baking dish.

 

Prepare Biscuits: Quarter the refrigerated biscuits and evenly distribute them in the greased baking dish.

 

Mix Eggs: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

 

Combine: Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces, ensuring theyre well coated.

 

Add Cheese and Bacon: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, then scatter the crumbled bacon evenly.

 

Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown. 🥓🍳🧀😋
