5-Day Morning Drink to Burn Belly Fat and Cleanse the Body”

Ingredients:

 

2 medium-sized carrots

 

Juice of 1 lemon

 

1 cup of water (about 250 ml)

 

(Optional) A small piece of fresh ginger or a pinch of ground ginger

 

(Optional) 1 teaspoon of natural honey

 

Preparation:

 

Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.

Blend the carrots with the water until smooth.

(Optional) Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother drink.

Add the lemon juice and stir well.

(Optional) Add honey or ginger for extra flavor and benefits.

Drink one cup every morning before breakfast, for 5 consecutive days.
