Ingredients:
4 sheets of puff pastry
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/4 cup cranberry jam
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles or squares.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each pastry sheet.
Add a spoonful of shredded cheese on top of the cream cheese.
Add a small spoonful of cranberry jam over the cheese mixture.
Roll up the pastries tightly into small cylinders or logs.
Brush the edges of the rolls with a little beaten egg to seal them.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
