These crispy, golden, and cheesy potato wedges are the perfect side dish or snack. Coated with Parmesan cheese and seasoned with a blend of herbs, they are baked to perfection, providing a satisfying crunch and savory flavor. Easy to make, these wedges are a healthier alternative to fried potatoes without sacrificing flavor.

 

Ingredients:

 

4 medium potatoes

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried parsley

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.

In a separate shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.

Coat each potato wedge in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure it sticks.

Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
