Crispy Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

 

Canned salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oil for frying

 

Instructions:

 

In a bowl, combine drained canned salmon, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

 

Mix well and form into patties. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties until golden and crispy on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side.

 

Serve warm with tartar sauce or a fresh salad for a tasty and easy meal!
