Recipe Title: Garlic and Lemon Immunity Drink

 

★Ingredients

 

1 clove of garlic

 

1 cup of hot water

 

1 slice of lemon

 

★Instructions

 

Crush or peel one clove of garlic.

Add the garlic to a cup of hot water.

Let it steep for a few minutes to allow the garlic to infuse.

Squeeze a slice of lemon into the water or place it in the cup.

Stir well and drink while warm.
