Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

 

8 lamb chops

 

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

4 cloves garlic, minced

 

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

 

Salt and pepper to taste

 

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Directions:

 

1. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

 

2. In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried rosemary.

 

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

 

4. Press the Parmesan garlic mixture onto one side of each lamb chop.

 

5. Place the lamb chops, cheese side down, in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until the Parmesan crust is golden and crispy.

 

6. Flip the chops and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, or longer to your desired doneness.

 

7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
