No-Bake Strawberry Delight

Recipe Introduction:

This No-Bake Strawberry Delight is a simple, creamy dessert that requires no oven and only a few ingredients to come together. With a buttery crust, sweet strawberry topping, and fluffy whipped cream, it’s a perfect treat for any occasion. The layers of sweetness and creaminess make it a crowd-pleaser, and it can be prepared ahead of time, making it an ideal dessert for busy days.

 

Ingredients:

1 package of graham crackers (about 10-12 crackers, crushed)

1/4 cup melted butter

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup strawberry jam (or fresh strawberries, sliced)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:

In a bowl, crush the graham crackers until they turn into fine crumbs. Mix with the melted butter.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, forming a compact, even layer. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Make the Whipped Cream:

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.

Assemble the Dessert:

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.

Spoon the strawberry jam or fresh strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer, spreading evenly.

Top with Whipped Cream:

Dollop whipped cream on top of the strawberry layer in generous amounts, covering the dessert.

Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 3 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
