Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
Nutella (for spreading)
Optional: Powdered sugar or fresh fruit for topping
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush it lightly with butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling it to form a thin layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
Remove the crepe and place it on a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Once the crepes are ready, spread a generous amount of Nutella on each one and roll them up tightly.
Drizzle extra Nutella over the rolled crepes, and optionally dust with powdered sugar or top with fresh fruit.
